About your order

Oakline Glass & Laser makes personalised oak, slate and sign products to order in Grimsby, United Kingdom. Product dimensions and photographs are described on each listing. Natural timber grain and slate edges vary. Any on-screen design preview is a guide to layout, not an exact image of the finished engraving.

Artwork and approval

Enter your wording and upload artwork you have the right to use. Please check spelling and image quality before ordering. We will send a final digital proof for your approval before engraving. We may suggest adjustments where fine detail, contrast, material or placement would affect the result. We will not engrave before your approval. If we cannot make the requested design, we will contact you to agree an alternative or a refund.

Prices and delivery

Prices are in pounds sterling. The applicable delivery charge and any discount are shown at checkout before payment. Our standard products have an estimated one-week dispatch aim from final artwork approval; this is not a guaranteed date, and delivery transit time is additional. Bespoke pieces are quoted separately. Contact us before ordering if a date is essential.

Cancellations and faults

Please see our return and refund policy for personalised items, changes, faults and your statutory rights. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under UK consumer law.
