Shipping policy

Where we deliver

We currently accept online orders for delivery to United Kingdom addresses. Our UK standard delivery charge is £4.99, with free standard delivery for eligible orders of £50 or more. The final delivery charge is shown before you pay. We do not offer an express service at launch.

Making and dispatch

Each piece is personalised to order. For standard products, we aim to dispatch within one week of receiving your final approved artwork. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed dispatch or arrival date. As a new business, our lead time may be longer while we get established. We will contact you if there is a material delay. Transit time after dispatch is additional and depends on the carrier and destination. If you need an item for a particular date, please contact us before ordering.

Delivery issues

Please check your delivery details at checkout and contact us promptly if you spot an error. If your parcel is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, email contact@oaklineatelier.co.uk with your order number. For damage, please include photographs of the item and packaging so we can help resolve it.
