Tell us about the material first

We assess each metal-marking enquiry by the metal, surface coating, size and intended use. Suitable anodised or coated surfaces can be considered; some bare metals need a compatible marking treatment and a test first.

Please tell us the metal and finish, the dimensions, quantity, design and whether the piece will be used indoors or outdoors. We’ll confirm whether we can achieve a suitable result before accepting the work. Please arrange this with us before sending an item.

Surface marking and deep-cut engraving produce different results. The process and the finish we can offer will be stated in your quote.

Startup lead times

For standard personalised products, we aim to dispatch within one week of final artwork approval. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed dispatch or delivery date. We’re a new business, so lead times may be longer while we get established. Delivery time is additional. If you need your piece for a particular date, please contact us before ordering on 07938 868522. Bespoke work has its own estimated timescale, agreed with your quote.
